The sausage and the side dish platter here are not to be missed, the red sausage is packed with glutinous red sauced meat which is not mushy or soft. The rice balls made according to the ancient method have a dense and refreshing texture. It is worth noting the pork that’s fried first and then stir-fried is delicious. The pork liver is super smooth and tender and the taste from the high heat wok can’t be matched at home. Some dishes are complicated and require advance reservations, such as chicken, pig belly, turtle, and duck in casserole, which are all classic dishes that very few modern chefs can duplicate.
