Building Xinju

Located in an old historic building of more than 140 years old, they offer Chinese dishes without a menu. The head chef Yong Ge followed his uncle’s footsteps when he was young. He hopes to continue the essence of the traditional feast culture in southern Fujian. , Fried Shrimp Rolls, crispy on the outside and chewy and full of flavor on the inside. Coupled with the quaint dining environment, you can also feel the atmosphere of “family style” when you taste the food.
