Located in an old historic building of more than 140 years old, they offer Chinese dishes without a menu. The head chef Yong Ge followed his uncle’s footsteps when he was young. He hopes to continue the essence of the traditional feast culture in southern Fujian. , Fried Shrimp Rolls, crispy on the outside and chewy and full of flavor on the inside.
