A 70-year-old snack in Ximen Circle, Danzai Noodles is the delicacy of the common people in Fucheng. The key to its deliciousness is the dried pork with the aroma of shallots, which instantly becomes thick and thicker in the chicken bone soup, and it is not salty at all. Traditional butter noodles when put together, the ancient flavor is bursting, and the most important thing is that the portion is quite sufficient. It is one of the favorite Danzai noodles among the locals in Tainan.
